What if I don’t intend to buy for a couple of years?

That’s OK! We find it beneficial for buyers to start familiarizing themselves with our services (and Aiken!) early on in their search. That way, when you are ready, there’s no mad rush to find the perfect property…it’s all part of a process. Go ahead and call us at the beginning. We’ll show you around town, give you the tour and be here to answer any questions you may have. Trust us. We prefer it this way. We’re not going anywhere, and we’ll still be here when you are ready to buy. If you decide that Aiken isn’t for you, that’s OK too. We trust that after working with our team, you’ll be happy to refer our services to your friends and family in the future.

I am thinking about selling my home. Maybe. I’m not sure.

How long will it take to sell?

That depends. If your property is in great demand and is priced aggressively, it’s entirely possible that it will sell immediately. However, if it’s a high end home at the top of Aiken’s price range it’s likely to take a good bit longer. Historically, homes in excess of $1,000,000 tend to linger on the market in Aiken. We do everything possible to shorten this time frame. Our goal is to price property in a sensible, realistic way that also maximizes return, leaving no money on the table. Typically, the more accurate the list price, the faster it will sell.

Maybe my house isn’t expensive enough for you to list…
