Erika Ramsey

Blessed to be born and raised in the South, Erika is a true Southerner. Being a native of Aiken, SC, Erika began her career in real estate in 2005 and has helped many families throughout the years. Erika received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Carolina – Aiken, where she also received her Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in Marketing and Business Management. Erika was voted Aiken’s Best Real Estate Agent for Aiken’s Choice 2021, and runner-up for 2022.

Erika’s number one goal is to help her clients throughout the real estate transaction by working strategically and proactively. She will make sure every box is checked and every tiny detail is taken care of. Her experience and education equip her to better serve her clients.

A few fun facts about Erika. She loves God, her family, and her friends! She loves camping and being around any large body of water makes her happy! Edisto is one of her favorite places in the world! She also loves the South Carolina Gamecocks and tries to make it to as many football games as possible! Coffee makes her happy! Lastly, she loves her animals dearly. She has four dogs, two cats, 25 chickens, one turkey, and one pig!
